November 2025 Monthly Meeting Minutes
The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on November 3rd, 2025 at 6:31 PM by chapter President Bruce Verrette.

Item #1: - Secretary’s Report
1A: Roll call found 4 members present, 4 spouses present, and one child present.
Board of Directors was accounted for as listed below.

A motion was made to accept the minutes of the October 2025 meeting;

Item #2 - Treasurers Report
The Treasures Report was prepared and presented by Treasurer Pink Duckworth As of October 6th 2025,
the balance of the account is:
Regular Account Balance is: $3187.90
Expenses: Brother Herman Becker’s 5 tree cluster
purchased by President Verrette from Garden of Memories,
- 164.90
Deposits None at this time.
Balance $3023.00
A motion was made to accept the Treasurers Report as presented:

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report
3A- Our November ride will be to Morton’s Seafood Restaurant in Madisonville La. We will meet at the Chevron station on West Esplanade Ave & Causeway Blvd at 12:00 PM, kickstands up shortly thereafter.
Item #4 -President’s Report
4A- President Verrette collected dues that were turned in and advised all others to turn them in ASAP.
4B- President Verrette advised that we will hold our nominations for our Executive Board and Directors for the term of 2026-2028.
President Verrette nominated Gerald Cormier for President.
Gerald accepted the nomination.
There were no other nominations for President, Gerald Cormier is unopposed and will be the new President for 2026-2028.
Vice President Cormier nominated Bruce Verrette for Vice President.
Bruce accepted the nomination.
There were no other nominations for Vice President, Bruce Verrette is unopposed and will be the new Vice President for 2026-2028.
President Verrette nominated Pink Duckworth for Secretary / Treasurer.
Pink accepted the nomination.
There were no other nominations for Secretary/Treasurer, Pink Duckworth is unopposed and will remain the Secretary/Treasurer for 2026-2028
A decision was made by the Executive Board to keep our Directors the same, John Wigstrom, Glen Bourgeois, Ryan Shackelford will remain in their same positions.
Item #5- The next monthly meeting
The next monthly meeting will be held on December 1st, 2025 at the Piccadilly’s in Gretna. Dinner at 6:00 PM and the meeting will begin at 6:30 PM.
